RMH Family Birthplace Fair is April 10

RMH will host its first RMH Family Birthplace Fair in its new location at 2010 Health Campus Drive from 1-4 p.m. April 10.

This annual family-friendly event is free and open to the public. It is especially focused on those expecting a child or who are thinking of having one.

RMH Community Health invites families to free concert April 9

RMH Community Health is partnering with local organizations to offer a free concert by singer and songwriter John Farrell at 11 a.m. April 9 in the Eastern Mennonite High School Auditorium.

This event is presented in honor of the Week of the Young Child, April 10-16, and Child Abuse Prevention Month in April, said Reagan Eshleman, RMH Childcare Connection coordinator.

Farrell, a family entertainer, will perform a program focused on strengthening family relationships.

Event partners include RMH Childcare Connection, James Madison University, Healthy Families of the Blue Ridge, Association for Play Therapy, Valley Association for the Education of Young Children, Smart Beginnings, the Blue Ribbon Coalition and Eastern Mennonite School.

The Eastern Mennonite High School Auditorium is located at 801 Parkwood Drive in Harrisonburg.
